The terms on which Vigor Pakistan provides its services.
Engagements
Services are provided under an engagement confirmed in writing, describing scope, responsibilities and fees. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before it begins.
Your responsibilities
Timely, accurate and complete information is essential to our work. Statutory deadlines can only be guaranteed where records and approvals reach us within the timelines we agree together.
Fees
Engagements are billed at the agreed monthly or fixed fee. Government charges, filing fees and third-party costs are payable in addition and passed through at cost.
Confidentiality
Both parties keep each other's non-public information confidential. We disclose client information only on your instruction or where the law requires it.
Liability
We perform our work with professional skill and care. Our aggregate liability under an engagement is limited to the fees paid for the work giving rise to the claim, except where the law does not permit such a limit.
